No one told me YouTube was this nerve-racking! I almost had a heart attack as I bared my soul through my writing on this livestream. Still, I am elated and satisfied that I did it anyway.

As I’d already announced in a post on YouTube, my plan is to do the rewrite of my debut novel, A Crime for a Crown, live so that potential viewers can be inspired and join me in these writing sessions. I’m not worried about anyone stealing my content, seeing as this is already a published work in my name. My only challenge is the horrid thought of someone reading what I’m writing.

If you’re a writer, then you understand how vulnerable it feels to have someone reading every word you type. 

Still, I am forcing myself to do something new and different. I hope my decision to show my “in progress” writing to the world will help someone out there not give up on their writing goals but pursue their dreams like their life depends on it. Truly, many of you out there have a story to tell, but for whatever reason, you have not taken up the mantle and started the work.
